Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MyMetrix LLC governing your use of the Napz app, website, and related services. By using Napz, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

General wellness only

Do not use Napz to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a health condition. Suggestions and sensor-based features are estimates and may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health, sleep, or medical decisions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Safe use

Do not rely on Napz wake alerts where a missed or delayed alert could create danger, loss, or harm. Device power, volume, Focus modes, connectivity, permissions, hardware, and operating-system behavior can affect alerts. Do not use Napz while driving or operating machinery.

Subscriptions

Some features require a recurring Premium subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store. Pricing and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and applicable purchase terms. Deleting Napz or your Napz account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Napz unlawfully or to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another user’s account, or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer or copy Napz except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse our systems.

Ownership

Napz, including its software, visual design, content, and branding, is owned by MyMetrix LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Napz.

Service changes and termination

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Napz. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Napz and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMetrix LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Napz.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for Napz or its support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store terms that apply to you.
