Will Napz wake me if the app is in the background?
Napz uses background audio and a notification fallback for wake alerts. Keep notifications enabled and check your volume, Silent mode, and Focus settings before resting.
How does smart wake work?
When enabled with Apple Watch, smart wake uses an on-device wrist-movement estimate during your selected wake window. It does not identify sleep stages, and Napz always keeps a fixed-time fallback.
Does Napz read my Apple Health data?
Napz can write completed rest sessions to Apple Health only when you opt in. You can review or revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Open Napz Settings and choose Manage Subscription, or open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Premium screen in Napz and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Napz account and synced data directly in the app:
- Open Napz and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm Delete Account and Data.
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@napzapp.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before completing the request.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
