Privacy Policy

Overview

MyMetrix LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Napz. This policy explains what information Napz processes, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Information we process

Account information

If you create an account, we process identifiers such as your email address, user ID, and information provided by your selected sign-in provider. Authentication is provided by Google Firebase Authentication.

Nap and preference data

Napz stores information you choose to create, including planned and completed rest sessions, duration, selected nap type, optional check-ins, app preferences, and related history. This information may sync through Google Cloud Firestore so it is available across your devices.

Subscription information

RevenueCat processes purchase status and related identifiers so Napz can provide Premium features. Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Apple Health

If you explicitly enable Apple Health integration, Napz may write completed rest information to the Health app. Napz does not use Health data for advertising and does not sell it. Health permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.

Technical information

Our service providers may process limited device, diagnostic, security, and network information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot their services.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, cloud sync, history, preferences, and Premium access.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service problems.
• Respond to support requests and account inquiries.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information or use Apple Health data for marketing.

Service providers

Napz relies on providers that process information on our behalf or under their own terms:

• Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data storage.
• Apple for Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, App Store purchases, and platform services.
• Google for Google Sign-In when selected.
• RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlement management.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and synced app data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide Napz. You can permanently delete your account and synced data from Settings → Delete Account in the app. You may also contact us for assistance. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic service is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Children

Napz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Your choices

You can change notifications, Apple Health access, and other permissions in iOS Settings; update app preferences in Napz; or delete your account in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Napz evolves. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
